- Fire insurance contracts are monitored, the premiums are paid on time.

Get informed: You can contact the administrator on +32 2 605 17 45 or via fl@aisuccle.be. He will answer your questions and send you the necessary information and a copy of the standard lease;

Request a viewing: Your property must be available or your home must be available or in the process of being made available. On the day of the visit, bring all the documents you have with you: PEB, electrical acceptance, gas acceptance, service charge statement… ;

Receive an offer: It will include the proposed rent and any work to be carried out to bring it into compliance;

Sign the lease: if the terms of the offer are acceptable to you, we will finalize the lease that will make AISU the head tenant, authorized to enter into a sublease.
The main lease will include:
- Lease term and agreed rent;
- The extent of the powers you give us to manage your property;
- The services and guarantees we offer;
- The management fee, which is a percentage of the rent.
