Tenant applicant, do you wish to register ?
Registrations suspended, next registration session: March 2025
Make an appointment only by telephone. Call only 0490/27 29 99
Tuesday: 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Thursday: 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.
It is not possible to make an appointment outside of these times or on public holidays.
The appointment that will be arranged for you will take place at 77 rue de Stalle in 1180 Uccle.
The 4 conditions to register are:
- Be an adult or an emancipated minor,
- No one in the household can be a property owner, either in Belgium or abroad,
- Legally reside in Belgium (residency permit in order),
- Have a household income that are not above the income thresholds for social housing.
What is the waiting time?
Once registered, the average waiting time is several years.
Please note that we do not inform you of your place on the waiting list by phone, so that we can devote as much time as possible to property management.
It is therefore of no use to call and ask about this. On the other hand, it is AISU which will call you to offer you accommodation.
Tenant applicants are entered in a register on their registration date. 3 factors are taken into account when allocating housing:
- The housing unit that becomes available must correspond to the size of your household;
- Units are allocated in order of registration;
- When you register, your social situation can give you priority points, allowing you to move up the waiting list more quickly.
Due to the sheer number of applications, waiting times can be several years, especially for 2-bedroom and larger apartments. Every two years in January, an application update form is sent to applicants. Please complete the form and return it to us to keep your application active.
